We strive to work miracles on demand and achieve the impossible within a few weeks, depending on the complexity. Generally, our production time ranges from 3 to 6 weeks for customers in the Czech Republic. For orders outside the country, it's important to consider the shipping time, which can extend the delivery time by up to 3 weeks.

It depends on the stage of production we are in. When creating a custom design, we need to source materials, allocate production capacity, and perform other necessary preparations. Therefore, if you change your mind, we would need to consider the costs incurred up until that point. In such cases, a portion of the deposit may be retained to cover these expenses.
